How do I purchase a photo session?
Payment can be received by cash, check, or Venmo. Payment is required the day of the photoshoot.
Do I have to order prints through you?
No. Prints are not ordered through me. Shutterfly, MixBook, MPix, & SmallWoods are all companies that can be used for prints.
Are digital copies included in your photo packages?
Absolutely. The digitalis is included in the photo package. You will receive a fully edited photo session that allows you to pick and choose the photos you would like to download and is protected with a download pin if requested.
How long does it take to get my senior photos back?
"Never rush the art, perfection takes time." ;) I will give you an idea on how long it will take to receive your photos the day of the photoshoot. Senior galleries are typically returned within 1 - 10 weeks.
I purchased a high school senior session, can we sneak in a couple of family pictures or couple pictures while we have you?
No. A family session or couples session will need to be purchased separately and will take place on a different day. The only photos Emerson Creative will be taking will be of the individual who the session is purchased for. All animals are welcome though! :)
Do I have to sign a contract prior to my photo session?
Each session will require an online contract to be signed in order to reserve your date. Once we decide a date and finalize what photo session you want, I will send a email with the contract managed by Pixieset in which we both sign.
Do I have to pay a retainer?
Yes. You must sign a contract and pay the retainer in order for me to reserve your date on the calendar!
How long do I have to wait for my full wedding gallery?
Sneak peaks are delivered within 72 hours. Wedding galleries are returned within 10 weeks but can vary.
What time of day is your preference when taking photos?
My favorite time of the day to take photos is in the evening or early in the morning.
